Two inch long, high-quality, 80-conductor IDE cable with one 40-pin IDE connector at each end. NOTE: When using IDE hard disk adapters such as the Tableau TDA5-ZIF, TDA5-25, and TDA5-18, use this shorter version of the cable instead of the TC6-8, the longer 8 inch version. Using the shorter TC6-2 when using IDE drive adapters for notebook hard disks will help to ensure data integrity and trouble-free operation.
