If you have a Netgear 48 port 10Gb switch, please update the firmware to 12.0.7.19 via this link.  This procedure will interrupt network operations for approximately 10 minutes.

Procedure:

From a browser, go to http://switch (or http://192.168.0.13) and log in.

Navigate to Maintenance, Upgrade and select HTTP.  Browse to the file downloaded from the link above.  Select Image1 for the Image Name.  Click on the "Apply" button.  You may have to scroll to the right to see the Apply button.  The upload should take less than 5 minutes.

Navigate to Maintenance, Reset to restart the switch.  Select Device Reboot and click on the "Apply" button. 

After a few minutes, log back into the switch and confirm the firmware version.
