If you have Yosemite Server Backup installed, a recent Windows update triggers a "User Account Control" message. To TEMPORARILY bypass this warning, you can run "ytwingad.exe" from an elevated command prompt.
If you want to disable the behavior, you must update the User Account Control policy on your computer.
1.) Run "gpedit"
2.) Navigate to Computer Configuration --> Windows Settings --> Security Settings --> Local Policies --> Security Options
3.) Update the properties of the key "User Account Control: Run all administrators in Admin Approval Mode" to disabled.
4.) Close the Group Policy Editor and restart the workstation.
