The newer 3101 BIOS on the FRED i7/i9 systems has a new configuration option which can cause 4TB GPT formatted disks in the Hot Swap bays to halt the boot up of the system. To check for this issue go to the BIOS setup at boot time and check that "Boot/Boot Configuration/(MBR/GPT) Recovery Policy" is set to Automatic.
