If all of your system's USB ports fail following a Cellebrite or UFED4PC install/update you will need to remove some bad entries in your Registry.
1. Boot from your Windows Installation Media and enter the Windows Recovery environment.
2. Choose Troubleshoot/Advanced Options/Command Prompt.
3. Run regedit from the Command Prompt to access the Registry and remove the data (lusbcbrt, msabucfd, cbrtfltr) from the UpperFilters values under the Registry subkey HKLM\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Class\{36fc9e60-c465-11cf-8056-444553540000}.
4. Restart the system and the USB ports should now be working.
